4 ounces of white tequila

"Let's Spice Things Up" rimming salt and sugar

Makes Two 8 ounce Spicy Cucumber Jalapeno Margaritas

Instructions

Use lime to rim the glass of your choice, garnish the glass in the "Let's Spice Things Up" rimming salt and sugar. Fill with ice and set aside. Mix all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well blended. Pour into prepared glass. Top with a lime wedge and a slice of jalapeno. Cheers to life!

*For cucumber juice, place cut cucumber slices into a blender and puree until smooth. Leaving the skin on the cucumber makes for a greener margarita. Peel if you prefer. Run puree through a sieve to extract cucumber juice. Throw out remnants.

*For simple syrup, combine 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar. Boil until sugar is dissolved. Cool before using and store in a tightly lidded container in the fridge. Can be used for up to a month.
